Kids Of Adelaide

The Kids of Adelaide make music for which live stages were built. In front of which you stand. With a beer in your hand. And sing along to these songs that have become anthems for you. That's the music of the Kids of Adelaide: chord progressions as big as mountain ranges, melodies that give you the feeling they belong to you alone and lyrics that can certainly be described as poetry. But just rock'n'roll poetry. You could also simply say they make indie folk. Great indie folk for fans of Mumford & Sons or The War on Drugs. But the number with the mountain ranges and the poetry somehow balls more.

Benjamin Nolle and Severin Specht are a duo that has come an impressive way: support shows for greats and legends like Jamie Cullum, Kiefer Sutherland, Zucchero or Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant as well as numerous club and festival tours in front of thousands of fans and an appearance at the Champions League Final 2017.

In the meantime, the two are four on stage at live concerts. At the Acoustics, however, you now have the opportunity to experience the Kids of Adelaide as they were in their early days as street musicians: two guitars, two voices - that's all it takes.
