I spent my childhood in the States. I was born in San Francisco. Also lived in San Antonio Texas, Fort Levenworth Kansas, Brooklyn New York before moving to Germany. My father was an officer in the US Army, my mother is German. In Germany I have lived in Heidelberg, Augsburg, Würzburg, Nuremberg. After graduating from high school in Nuremberg, I served in the German Army in Weißenfels and in Straubing before moving to Vienna to study. When I studied in Vienna, a colleague called me and said that the SAE (Hochschule für Tonengeniering) in Hamburg liked my plays. Then I spontaneously moved to Hamburg, where I recorded some of my pieces as part of a studio project. In Hamburg, I have sung things for advertising and studio production. Then I got a place to study psychology. Now I'm in Berlin since October to finish my master.

My musical influences range from soul, rock, blues to contemporary music. Artists that have influenced me were Barry White, Bowie, simply red, Bryan Ferry... the list goes on and on. I played piano for two years as a child, then saxophone and finally guitar.

The many moves and encounters with different people, but also the experience of constantly leaving and arriving, have had a lasting influence on my music.

When you break out the acoustic guitar, the words are the focal point unless you're the Jimi Hendrix of the acoustic guitar. So the words have to have meaning.
