Kendy Gable
Kendy grew up in the farm fields and mountains of central Pennsylvania, but now calls New York City home. The mix of farm life and city life is prominent in her music.
Often compared to Sandy Denny, Nick Drake and Leonard Cohen there is an honesty and depth in her lyrics. Most recently, Kendy opened for Grammy Award winning artist, James Hunter at the Living Room in New York City.
She plays multiple times a month at the many great venues across the city. including: Pete‘s Candy Store, Rockwood Music Hall, the Rockshop, Sidewalk Cafe, Postcrypt Coffee House, Pianos, Bowery Electric and many great art spaces and lofts.
