Her songs are slightly darkened, but never completely sinister. Even at a discreet room volume, her sensitive singer/songwriter pop completely captivates you. Difficult moments are the best source of inspiration for OSKA: "When I feel really good, I usually don't create new songs. Writing is more a form of self-therapy for me."
However, the intimate sound and melancholy that resonates in her tracks only convey part of her personality. OSKA is a storyteller who is as thoughtful as she is warm-hearted, and in her private life she is not at all as melancholy as her songs might suggest. She loves to laugh and enchants others with her cheerful nature.
